It has a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, making it one of the perfect and most convenient areas to stay. Queenstown's airport is also located in Frankton just an 11-minute walk from the home.

There are multiple bus stops which are all a short walk from the property.
There is also off-street and on-street parking available.
Other things to note:
Please note: This property is on a flight path; therefore, between the hours of 6am and 10pm there is occasional noise from the planes flying over.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
